Hi Friends,

Even as I launch this today ( my 80th Birthday ), I realize that there is yet so much to say and do.

There is just no time to look back, no time to wonder,"Will anyone read these pages?"

With regards,

To realms unknown

Why all this unrest ,
And the endless chase
To know the things –
The mysterious laws of nature ,
The play of unseen atom
In this universe ,
Stretching beyond mortal ken ,
When man has not the knowledge
Of his own true self .

Or is that but another law
Of this complex nature
That man shall always labor
Along the weary way

To realms unknown .

A breeze descends

At last ,
The long summer’s leaving
It’s pain revealing
In blazing autumn ;
A glow
Of red and yellow .

A breeze descends
From a blue sky ,
Cool and crisp
And grips
The young heart
With a tender fever .

Ah , this sweet thing
This desire
To hold her
Close to my heart
In gentle caress ;
Comes to life
With a quiver,
And a tide
Of elemental forces

My craving soul .

Eternal Quest

What do I know
Of the eternal quest ,
Of what is right
And what is wrong ?

Should I let my conscious guide
Or submit to the wisdom
Of the sages past ?

How can I know
They are wicked or sublime
The forces
Working within myself ?

If nature’s force supreme
Must have its way
Why resist ?

Or am I born
To conquer and control
At the very source ,
The waters
Unto the ocean flowing ,
Before they can flood
The sprouting bud ?

Who shall dominate
The self ,
The flesh or the soul ?
O , eternal quest

Let me not rest .
